Welcome to my site

After one and a half years at College Boreal, it is now obvious that my new school, Cambrian College, Kicks ass! My new program is Business Administration-Accounting. Considering school isn't always fun, I enjoy my classes, as well as my teachers. Already half a semester gone by and memories are just pilling up.

Bad Cambrian Events

For people who don't mind drinking anywhere as long as there is booze, Cambrian events in the student centre are by far the worst on organising weekend events, that i might add, we have to pay for.

The first incident happened when I attended the Tony Lee show. He supposingly hypmnotized people from the crowd and made them do stuff infront of 200 drunk college students. Unfortunatly my evening got ruined when I saw the "hypnotized" students from cambrian go in a room beforehand. It ruinedt he show completely. i could find every dumb thing that would happen. Since the "students" had already been drinking, htey couldn't keep a straight face, and one guy gave high five to one of the audience members that wanted to get hypmnotized(and the audience didn't "go under" btw, like wtf!!), and they would open tehir eyes then pretend to be moaning because Tony Lee told them too! Whatever. But i liked the pitcher of beer Karina and I drank. It was tasty.

I don't why i didn't learn my lesson from the first time, but i decided to go to another event organized by Cambrian. Same place, on a weekend, for 10$. I got tickets in advance to see the Yuk Yuk's thinking i was going to h ave a palce to sit when i get there. On the tickets it waid open at 8pm. We got there at around quarter to eight. There was about 20 people inf romt of us. When they finnaly started letting people in, once we finnaly got our bracelets hten give our ticket, we got into the sitting area where for gods sakes there were no seats available. There was a table for 6, but this guy was "saving it" for his friends. And it wasn't just hte younger kids, the old fuckers wouldn't even let us take a chair "just in case" a friend comes. Man was I ever pissed off. Jeff and I sat at the bar, but when the show started about an hour later, we couldn't hear what the comedians were saying. The one place we could see that was closer to the stage, which we ended up sitting were the pool tables. Afte rone act, the second one was funny, but we ended up leaving to go rent movies at games experts. We try to call a cab after gettign the movies because there was a ridicoulous blizzard going on out there, and the fuckers told us it would be an hour. It wasn't even bar rush. After calling 10 cab companies, we gave up, tucked everything thing in wherever we could, and like 2 trropers tried walking home. Halfway there, it had been like 30 minutes for a 10 minute walk, and we were walking backwards casue we couldn't walk or see anymore. This guy who ended up going to the show kindly picke dus up and brought us home. That day will never be forgotten.

Because I started my program in January, We not only did not get frosh week and activities, but we got a start up package with expired bacon! So I don't which group of people came up with this, but they decided we should go cross country skiing. Well no one went! There was 10 people including a teacher and our instructor. Even though I wasn't dress to fit, i went anyways and got soaked! I msut have fallen at least 10 times. The last one was my last straw lol. I had snow up to my waist, and remember now, i was only wearing jeans and a coat. SO i went back to the hut, changed my shoes, and went back to school to wait for the oter classmates so we could have chilli. It was funny trying to see the men go up or down the hill wipping out. And of course, i bet i would be the first to fall, and of course it was me. Our instructor didnt tell us how to stop yet, and there was a hill, so i was about to hit into a classmate when i just fell on my ass sceamming " how do i stop!" lol. Man oh man.

Well i just had my last day of my first semeseter and i have realized that even though some programs suck, im sitll finnaly doing pretty good in school, 5 more terms to go and i will be done!!

Well its now second semester, and i switched form business administration to accounting. I love it, A's in accounting and math so far, and C in Marketing which brought my GPA down, and is the most usless course ever!All the smarter ones are in accouting too! Jeff and i will graduate at the same time, and be in all the saem classes. whoa!lol. But other than that things at school have died down, with jeff working 12 hour shifts a day and we are saving up for our new car in just a month or two, i cant party hardy anymore. But i have to say that going to the bar with my parents is priceless. I now know my limit to rye and coke and techilla. Oh and my mom does too lol. All i have to say about part time summer teachers, is that they suck! They should go back to their day jobs or better yet no jobs casue they are are such usless tits. Everything learned this summer was through myslef, so why pay for a teachers wage when they can't do it!! The drama has risen at Cambrian already, soap opera #2. Who is going to go out with who, eho likes who, who hates who.. who is ugly who wears those kind of shoes, or that color shirt! I mean come on people i dont want to hear it. Just shut uup and do your homework like your supposed to!No offence or anything. But hte worst is talking behind your best friends back to me. First off i dont want to hear it. and secondly how two-faced can you be. I have more important things in my life to do other than listen to that crap!

It is the last week of school for my first year comlpetion, and oh my god i can't wait! I have 4 more tests to go and thats it! I get 2 weeks off and i start my second year. Thank god we are going camping on Manitoulin Island the weekend i start my vacation. If my parents go to camp i will sure have to go with them too! I am probably going to sleep for 2 days straight. since i have started my second semester, i have class at 8h30 every morning! I hope next semester is a little more layed back. If not, i will survive, only 2 more years to go. My brother recently graduated, and he got a job as constable in Quebec for 4 or 5 months, i sure do hope it isn't 5 months because he will miss christmas, and not only will i be unhappy, but i think my mom and his girlfriend will be very pissed!

3rd semester already done! It seems to have been the hardest of them all so far, . My brother is comming back today which i'm really excited. I Hope next semester goes smooth and soon it will be our summer vacation.

My schooling is finally comming to an end! i can't beleive it! Its pretty nerve racking to know that now i have to find a full time permenant employment in just a few months! I am so excited to be graduating this year, i am almost thinking of going back to school but because i learned so many aspects of the business world, i now am faced with a difficult decision to choose exactly what i want to do. Commercial law was a very fun class because you learn so many things related to law, the other subjects i took, and every day life situaions. I like customer service because it gives me the confidence i need to speak in public. It isn't the easiest thing in the world to do, but after knowing my classmates and the teachers, it is easy to go up in front and make a fool out of myself. Right now our group is setting up a jeopardy game for the class, i mean c'mon. We'll see, but for now i am just happy i can see a light at the end of my godamn tunnel.... Maybe i will move somewhere far and have my own business,...I can even work for the city and just live content for the rest of my life.. so many possibilities.
